Order Up!

Being a Single parent has its moments and upon entering school I knew my son would have questions. After school one day we were driving home in the car with his little brother and I. "Why don't we have a Dad, Mom?" he asked. I explained that all families were not the same and some consisted of Moms and Dads while others had Nan's and Pops or just one parent like ours. I told him that himself and his brother were so special that they would one day pick someone special to be apart of their family. Clarke smiled as he thought about this for a while. He said " Mom can I have a chinese Dad? I always wanted a Chinese Dad, they are SO cool!"
